You can get acquainted with the history of Lithuanian State emblem in the hall.
Vytis (a Lithuanian nobleman rider) is one of the oldest State emblems in Europe. Its symbols are taken from dukes’ portrait stamps.
The collection of small printings about horses is in the first room. Jonas Gelazevicius (b.1922) is the author of the collection, which consists of 927 stamps, 235 envelopes, 1200 postcards, 94 books, 192 pin badges, calendars, labels of matchboxes, ex-libris, monetary units and coins. Next to it there are DALA horses. It is a Swedish symbol and the gift of Anyksciai businessmen. The horses were bought in the diplomatic auction.
If you visit the second room you will see the texts and pictures about the history of the Horse Museum, P.Vasinauskas personal things and “lineika”, in which he travelled along Lithuania in 1975.
